1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Selly through Telegram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Selly is a Telegram bot that connects to your Shopify store via OAuth and allows you to:
- Query your store's sales data and metrics
- Get information about orders and products
- Receive daily and weekly summaries
- Analyze your store performance through natural language
3. Account and Access
To use Selly, you must:
- Have a valid Telegram account
- Own or have authorized access to a Shopify store
- Authorize Selly to access your Shopify store data via OAuth
- Be at least 18 years of age
4. Subscription Plans
Selly offers the following plans:
- Free Plan: 50 text queries per month, daily summaries, basic metrics
- Pro Plan ($9/month): Unlimited text queries, voice messages, visual charts, top products analysis, weekly summaries
Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged.
5. Payments and Billing
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly
- You can cancel your subscription at any time using the /billing command
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us at hello@getselly.shop
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Selly for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Share your Shopify store access with unauthorized users
- Use automated systems to abuse the service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of Selly is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Selly, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
8. Intellectual Property
Selly, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Selly. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Selly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy of data retrieved from Shopify
- Compatibility with all Shopify store configurations
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Selly at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also disconnect your Shopify store and stop using the service at any time using the /disconnect command.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via Telegram or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
